Jamuna Bank signs agreement with Securex

In the course of this agreement Max-Ranken Joint Venture will use RubyCement for the construction of Muradpur-Lalkhanbazar Flyover in Chittagong. Bank Asia Higher Studies Scholarship

As a part of its corporate social responsibility, Bank Asia has provided higher studies scholarship to 58 meritorious students of Chatkhil & Sonimuri Upazila of Noakhali district and Ramgonj & Chandrogonj Upazila of Laxmipur district on Saturday (02 May, 2015).
Mr. Rumee A Hossain, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Bank, handed over the scholarship money to the students at a function held at Chatkhil Upazila auditorium. Chairman of the Board Audit Committee of the Bank Mr. Mohammed Lakiotullah, President & Managing Director Mr. Md. Mehmood Husain, Deputy Managing Director Mr. Md. Arfan Ali, Poura Mayor Mr. Mostofa Kamal and Deputy Secretary Ms. Jinnat Rehana were, among others, present. A large number of people including students, teachers, journalists, businessmen and local elite attended the function.
It may be mentioned that Bank Asia gives scholarships for higher study to the meritorious students in the rural areas, where the Bank has branches. A total of 221 (two hundred twenty one) students have been selected for Bank Asia Higher Study Scholarship for the current year.
