The 16th Annual General Meeting of ONE Bank
Limited was held on April 30, 2015 at the Police Convention Hall, Ramna, Dhaka.
Mr. Sayeed H. Chowdhury, Honorable Chairman of the Board of Directors chaired
the AGM. In the AGM, the Bank has announced 12.50% Cash Dividend and 12.50%
Stock Dividend. Vice Chairman Mr. Asoke Das Gupta, Directors of the Board Mr.
Zahur Ullah, Mr. A.S.M Shahidullah Khan, Mr. Kazi Rukunuddin Ahmed, Mr. Shawket
Jaman, Mr. Syed Nurul Amin, Managing
Director Mr. M. Fakhrul Alam and Company Secretary Mr. John Sarkar along with
Senior Executives of the Bank besides the honorable Shareholders were also
